TraceAir is an authorized developer of Autodesk's aeromonitoring service for construction and mining. The company provides a web platform - an Internet service of the same name, focused on construction companies, to control the quality and reduce the cost of construction using high-tech plan-fact comparison tools based on high-accuracy data collected by unmanned aerial vehicles.
The solution is based on a visual interface and analytical algorithms based on data collected by autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles. The use of this software product in the implementation of construction work prevents risks such as the rise in cost of the project and overpayment to the contractor, non-compliance with the planned plan and exceeding the deadlines.
The scheme of the service includes several stages. First, the customer determines the territory for monitoring, then the TraceAir pilot uses an aircraft to conduct aerial photography on it using a special technology that allows you to obtain high-accuracy data. The collected images are processed within 3-10 hours on the TraceAir server into orthophotos, a 3D model and a point cloud. The shooting results are available on the TraceAir website for further work with them via the Internet on any device using convenient online tools.

The startup is developing a cloud platform that helps developers and contractors monitor and monitor work. 3D shooting of sites is carried out, the drones system checks how much the images correspond to the plans.
The PIK TraceAir group of companies made 3D panoramas to create volumetric models of new residential complexes so that apartment buyers could observe the construction process on the group's website. Alexey Duk, Deputy Director of the Design Department of PIK Group of Companies, in a conversation with Forbes, explained that the TraceAir service is convenient in selecting territories for potential development - aerial scanning allows you to identify shortcomings that are hidden by the owners of the plots.
TraceAir is partnering with Autodesk. Ilya Emelyanov, a consultant at Autodesk, notes that the photogrammetry technology used by TraceAir is much more efficient than laser scanning and, thanks to the use of drones, allows you to get an up-to-date picture on a huge area in the shortest possible time.
