2020: Medsi with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development will construct in Moscow the medical center for 8 billion rubles

At the end of December, 2020 it became known of the project of construction of the multifunction medical center in Moscow which implements Medsi with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development. The company and department signed the agreement on protection and encouragement of capital investments (SZPK) concerning this project in which it is going to invest 8 billion rubles.

The SZPK mechanism assumes a number of preferences for investors of projects from 5 billion rubles of investments. These are guarantees of freezing of tax rates, in particular on the property tax, preserving of SZPK of requirements for land use and building of the territory operating at the time of the conclusion and others. For 3 years entry into force of regulations in the field of ecological regulation will be delayed.

Medsi together with the Ministry of Economic Development will construct in Moscow the medical center for 8 billion rubles

Day and round-the-clock hospitals with the center of hi-tech medical aid will be a part of a medical complex of Medsi on Michurinsk the avenue the kliniko-diagnostic center for adults and children. In this medical institution it is going to create 850 jobs. Initially the clinic was going to be put into operation in 2020

Object is built on site the former hospital. Proyekt Michurinsky LLC acts as the company builder. Its owners, by data SPARK-Interfax, Medsi Group (50%) and structure of the co-owner of Capital Group Pavel Tyo of Kutuzovsky invest LLC are. The businessman got a share in Proyekt Michurinsky in the summer of 2017 and cost 2 billion rubles.

Before Medsi and Otkrytiye bank signed the agreement on loan granting in the amount of 5.5 billion rubles for a period of seven years. These means went for creation of the medical center.

In 2020 the Ministry of Economic Development in a tripartite order is signed 25 agreements on protection and encouragement of capital investments (including the agreement with Medsi) with a total amount of investments at 1.12 trillion rubles.[1]
