2025: Unified Center for SRA Expertise of MTS AdTech

From June 1, 2025, advertisers and Getblogger customers, under one contract, gained access to two key sources of CPA traffic at once: a platform for working with bloggers and a CPA platform advertizing with tools for working with webmasters - owners of various types of sites: sites, Telegram channels, cashback services, online storefronts, etc., on which advertising can be published. For customers of the CPA network, a cabinet with real-time analytics of offers will also be available. This was MTS announced on June 11, 2025.

The development of Getblogger is also based on synergy with the expertise of the parent company. The emergence of this tool will enable Getblogger and MTS advertising vertical to strengthen their positions in the CPA marketing market. Revealed the price of the deal to sell GetBlogger to MTS - 1.6 billion rubles

MTS spent 1.6 billion rubles. to buy a platform for advertising from bloggers GetBlogger. The value of the transaction became known in March 2025 from the reporting of the telecom operator. Before the deal with MTS, the shares of Getblogger co-owners looked like this: Anna Hovhannisyan - 18.5%, Levon Hovhannisyan - 16.3%, Pavel Yunin - 22.7%, Dmitry Petrukhin - 20%, Evgeny Ovchinnikov - 16.4%. The company also had several smaller co-owners. On the deal with MTS, the couple Oganesyanov earned 556 million rubles.[1]

MTS bought Getblogger

Telecom operator MTS has acquired an advertising platform through bloggers Getblogger. This was announced on December 10, 2024. After the closing of the transaction, the platform will become part of the MTS subsidiary - Stream LLC as an independent unit.

Elena Melnikova, MTS Vice President for Advertising Business Development, noted that Telegram accounts for more than half of the advertising budgets of influence marketing. The company sees the possibility of synergy with Telegram Ads tools based on its own Marketer Pro platform.

MTS bought an advertising platform through bloggers Getblogger

Tatyana Ivanova, President of the Association of Bloggers and Agencies, considers the deal to be natural, since large ecosystems are interested in influence marketing, which demonstrates constant growth. The acquisition will help MTS develop the entire ecosystem, including the Nuum video platform.

According to the analytical company Smart Ranking, the leaders in revenue among blogger agencies are Perfluence (₽2 billion), WildJam (₽960 million), GetBlogger (₽945 million), Invite Agency (₽869 million) and BlackLight (₽668 million).

The existing Getblogger team will continue to work for the company. MTS plans to strengthen its position in the AdTech segment, create a comprehensive platform product for advertisers and authors in Telegram, expand its product portfolio and increase its customer base.[2]
