History

2018: Acquisition by MTS Group

Mobile Telesystems MTS announced in February 2018 the acquisition of two ticketing services through: Internet Ticketland.ru and Понономиналу.ру. The operator acquired 78.2% of the offshore Cubichall, the only member of Cultural Service LLC, which operates under the brand name Пономиналу.ру. The entire business was estimated at 495 billion rubles, that is, the amount amounted to 387 million rubles. The sellers of the shares in the "Cultural Service" were the founders of the project Yuri Sosnitsky and Vincent Korsunsky, as well as the fund. The Buran Venture Capital head and co-founder of the Cultural Service, Mikhail Minin, has a share of 21.8% in Cubichall.
