2020: Medsi purchased Clinic on the Petrograd Side LLC

On January 4, 2020 it became known of sale of Clinic on the Petrograd Side LLC of network "Medsi". Her representative told about it to Vedomosti.

According to him, the purchased clinic will become in Medsi network of the 39th and second in St. Petersburg. This organization will work under a brand of Medsi.

Medsi purchased the first clinic in two years

According to Vedomosti, the transaction with Clinic on the Petrograd Side LLC became for Medsi purchase of clinic, the first for two years. How much this acquisition cost, it is not reported. The development director of Medsi noted only that she is higher than 20 million rubles.

"The clinic on the Petrograd Side" was included into other large network of clinics "Family Doctor" until recently. She decided to focus on the Moscow market, priority for herself, the marketing director of the company Alexey Vetrov reported.

The total area of "Clinic on the Petrograd Side" exceeds 1.5 thousand square meters. In organization more than 50 medical offices in which more than 100 doctors work. An average bill in clinic — 2500 rubles.

According to the official site of the company, except the clinic sold to Medsi, the Family Doctor network contains five more medical centers — all of them are located in Moscow (as of January 14, 2020).

The Family Doctor network belongs to the Cyprian Enfilad Ltd. The Vedomosti newspaper, in turn, adds that this offshore belongs to VIY Growth Fund investment fund of the son of the ex-president of the Russian Railway Andrey Yakunin and FGL Holding which is owned by current and former top managers of Family Doctor^[1]
