2025: Pharmacy Chain Launch

In early September 2025, the Medsi group opened the first flagship pharmacy with an area of ​ ​ 50 square meters, located on Novy Arbat in Moscow and which became the first retail facility of the network outside the company's medical institutions. The new project was implemented in partnership with Cosmos Hotel Group and represents the expansion of the concept of the "health space" of the largest federal network of private clinics in Russia. President of Medsi Group Andrei Sokolov noted that the pharmacy will provide greater availability of services and high-quality medical goods for customers, residents and guests of the capital.

According to the press service of Medsi, the new pharmacy is located at 2 Novy Arbat, in one of the busiest areas of the capital with a high tourist and pedestrian flow. The outlet offers a wide range of medicines, nutraceuticals, medical cosmetics and other products for beauty and health.

Sokolov stressed that the launch of the pharmacy represents the next step in the formation and expansion of the company's health space. According to him, placing a retail outlet outside the walls of clinics is aimed at increasing the comfort and convenience of the process of buying medicines for consumers.

Yulia Larionova, director of retail sales at Medsi, noted the features of the new pharmacy format as part of the company's health space on Novy Arbat. According to her, the assortment includes drugs, biologically active additives, including products of Medsi's own brand, as well as other health products.

Larionova emphasized the advantage of the availability of advice from nutritionists and cosmetologists at the new outlet. The pharmacy is staffed by qualified consultants with knowledge of foreign languages ​ ​ and extensive professional experience.^[1]
