Mozen specializes in optimizing business processes in taxi companies. Its solutions allow taxi owners to extract additional commercial profits and manage the economy more efficiently, the creators of the service say. Among Mozen's customers are large Russian taxi companies that cooperate with Yandex.Taxi, Uber and Citymobil (by October 2023).
History
AB Holding, the parent of Alfa-Bank, received 32% of Mosen LLC. The remaining 68% belongs to the general director of the service for the withdrawal of funds from taxi drivers and taxi companies Oleg Semibratov. This became known on October 9, 2023.
The fact that the owner of Alfa-Bank entered the capital of Mosen LLC was reported by Interfax with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). According to the agency, in addition to Alfa-Bank, the partners of the Mosen service are Modulbank, Tinkoff Bank and Tochka Bank.
The Mozen website says that in addition to the main function of instant payments, Mozen helps to make payments to drivers with tax savings, and it is absolutely legal: payments from legal entities to cards of individuals are in the field of special control of the tax authorities, and any violations of the law carry significant risks: from large fines (up to 1 million rubles) to suspension of activities for a period of 90 days. According to the platform's own data, by October 2023, every 5th fleet in the Russian Federation is connected to Mozen.
Alfa Bank does not comment on investing in Mozen by October 9, 2023. Earlier, the bank began offering a number of products for taxi companies. Among them are instant payments for drivers, an overdraft of up to 10 million rubles for up to 60 days for existing customers, the Risk Indicator service and the Supervisory Inspections service[1]
