Online the Zuno Bank works according to the license of the Austrian management for financial markets and was under control structure of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI). The bank is presented at the markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia where services about 250 thousand individuals which remaining balance on deposits makes 720 million euros, the total loan portfolio is 55 million euros. In bank about 190 employees work.

The ZUNO bank – one of the first online of banks in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe and the only bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia which does not have departments round the clock available to clients by means of the PC, the tablet or the smartphone with the IOS platform, Android, Windows Phone. Bank performs all main types of banking activities: the current accounts with debit cards, savings accounts, online crediting, refinancing, credit cards and overdrafts.

2015: The majority shareholder of Alfa-Bank purchased online bank of Raiffeisenbank

In September, 2015 ABH Holdings S.A. announced agreement signature about purchase Austrian online of ZUNO bank. ZUNO will continue work under the brand, remaining independent bank with head office in Vienna.

ABH Holdings S.A. – the private investment holding company which head office is in Luxembourg, with investments in a row of banking groups in the territory of the CIS countries and Europe. Has a majority stake of stocks of JSC Alfa-Bank.

The ZUNO bank works at several European markets, providing banking services online and being effective and modern model of remote banking. ZUNO adheres to the centralized low-cost operational model that is reached thanks to standardization of products and the uniform unified IT architecture in all countries of presence. Main advantages of ZUNO bank – a strong brand and the platform allowing to work in several countries.

The transaction on purchase of ZUNO bank should be approved by the Austrian and European regulator and should come to the end in the first half of the year 2016. Until the new owner officially comes into the own, the bank will remain under control of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) and to submit to its internal regulations.
