Pay-Me (Telemarket)

Pay-Me (Telemarket LLC) is the service of mobile acquiring allowing to accept for payment cards of payment service providers VISA MasterCard and WORLD using the mPOS-terminal and mobile application for iOS, Android and Windows. Security of Pay-Me technologies annually is confirmed by the certificate PCI DSS - the key safety certificate in the payment industry.

The Pay-Me project was started in October, 2012 by the serial entrepreneur Vladimir Kanin. The company services clients in three countries: in Russia the service cooperates with Alfa-Bank, in the Republic of Kazakhstan – with the largest banks People's Bank of Kazakhstan and Sberbank, in Ukraine - with Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

2019: Alfa-Bank sold a share in service of acquiring Pay-Me

Alfa-Bank sold a share in Paymetech Cyprus financial technical company which owns 100% in authorized capital of the Telemarket company developing service of acquiring Pay-Me follows from materials of credit institution. In a press explained to service of Alfa-Bank of RNS in June, 2019 that further administration of the equipment of Paymetech Cyprus company under a brand Alpha cash desk contradicts a view of Alfa-Bank of the market.

"We see that the market of online cash desks generally develops through sales of devices maintenance centers – the large networks of sales and supports of operation of the equipment created by the largest producers of cash desks. In the current situation we understand that use of a show-window of bank cash the equipment is more profitable to sale of any, than uncontested development of a line of point-of-sale terminals under own brand. In this connection the decision was made that further administration and prioritization of the equipment under a brand Alpha Cash desk contradicts a 'wide' view of the market of universal Alfa-Bank", the statement says.

The decision on the termination of participation of Alfa-Bank in Paymetech Cyprus company was made by Board of Directors of bank on June 25. Transaction amount is unknown.

2018: Alfa-Bank redeemed a share in Pay-Me financial technical company

Alfa-Bank was among shareholders of operator of mobile acquiring of Pay-Me. Bank purchased a complete share of a share block of early investors of the Pay-Me project. The product line for business for implementation of settlings with buyers of goods and services will become result of this cooperation: POS set Alpha Cash desk, service of mobile acquiring of Pay-Me and also services for setup, installation and hardware maintenance. Besides, investments will be aimed at the development of the company and strengthening of its leadership in the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

One of the priority directions for Alfa-Bank is further expansion of presence at a segment of small and medium business, expansion of a product line and consolidation under one brand of all range of services and services which can be demanded by entrepreneurs.

2017

Pay-Me is sold over 60 thousand devices and more than 20 thousand clients are serviced, and monthly transaction turnover of the company reaches 1 billion rubles.
