X5 Tech is an IT company within the X5 Group. Develops digital solutions for customers, chain stores, its partners and logistics. The company operates 20 thousand stores and 52 distribution centers of the Kh5 group.

2024: Revenue growth by 30% to RUB 30.5 billion

At the end of 2024, X5 Tech's revenue (IT X 5 Technologies LLC) reached 30.55 billion rubles. This is about 30% more compared to the previous year, when the indicator was at the level of 23.32 billion rubles. Such data are contained in the financial statements, which TAdviser reviewed in early August 2025.

Management expenses are not reflected in the accounting documentation, while commercial expenses increased by more than a quarter - from 22.23 billion rubles to 28.55 billion rubles. Under the article "other income," a twofold increase was recorded - from 5.14 million rubles to 10.7 million rubles. Other expenses rose by 44.8%, amounting to 166.16 million rubles against 114.75 million rubles in 2023.

Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services jumped by 161.9% year-on-year - from 12.6 billion rubles to 32.99 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works, services increased by 12.9% - from 4.42 billion rubles to 4.99 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers showed an increase of 43.5%, reaching 23.61 billion rubles against 16.46 billion rubles in 2023.

Gross profit increased by almost a third - from 23.32 billion rubles to 30.55 billion rubles. Profit from sales rose from 1.1 billion rubles in 2023 to 2 billion rubles in 2024, that is, by 82.7%. At the same time, net profit decreased by 64% - from 561.82 million rubles to 202.38 million rubles.

Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 13.29 billion rubles: this is about a quarter less than the previous year, when it was 17.5 billion rubles. Accounts payable increased by a third - from 2.18 billion rubles to 2.9 billion rubles. The volume of borrowed funds increased by 356.6% - from 443.42 million rubles to 2.02 billion rubles.^[1]
