Krasny Yar is a chain of deli in Krasnoyarsk, Abakan, Zheleznogorsk, Lesosibirsk, Sosnovoborsk and Achinsk.

The company's first deli opened on December 17, 1997.

As of April 20, 2014, the network has 63 stores: fifty-four in Krasnoyarsk, three in Zheleznogorsk, two each in Abakan and Lesosibirsk, one each in Sosnovoborsk and Achinsk.

History

2025: X5 became the sole owner of Krasny Yar

X5 Group consolidated 100% shares in the Slata, KhlebSol, Krasny Yar and Baton retail chains, becoming their sole owner. The deal to buy out the remaining 30% from the previous co-owners ended on February 26, 2025. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), ownership passed to PJSC Corporate Center IKS 5. Read more here.
