In the public markets, you can find many players in the field of hotel real estate management, "said Guesty co-founder and CEO Amiad Soto. - The same goes for the management of residential real estate. But in the field of short-term rental there is no public player - and we are aimed at filling this gap.

Airbnb executives predict the return of travelers in 2021. Soto also notes that Guesty is doing well: for example, the volume of summer reservations in the United States is 282% higher than in the summer of 2020, and even 32% higher than in the summer of 2019. In the UK, the volume of summer reservations increased by 180% compared to 2020 (although it turned out to be 19% less than in 2019).
