2025: Yandex bought a stake in Diagnosis at Home

Yandex, through a subsidiary of Technoyak LLC, acquired 9.33% of the telemedicine service of DND LLC (Home Diagnostics), which specializes in the use of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare. The transaction was recorded in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on September 15, 2025, while the financial parameters of the acquisition were not disclosed. This was announced by Forbes in September 2025.

The main owner of the telemedicine project remains its co-founder and general director Ilya Poz, who owns 76.68% of the company. The ownership structure shows that the founder retains control when attracting a strategic partner.
