2021: Creation of a council
At the end of October 2021, Yandex announced the creation of an advisory council for the development of the ecosystem. This initiative is aimed at contributing to the formation of self-regulation of the Yandex open ecosystem with the participation of its partners and users. This is stated in the company's message received by the editorial office of TAdviser.
It is noted that the council will initiate research on digital ecosystems, maintain a dialogue with representatives of the Internet industry, society and business and, on the basis of this information, prepare recommendations for self-regulation of the Yandex ecosystem , taking into account the views of all interested parties.
The chairman of the advisory council was elected dean of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M.V . Lomonosov, economist and public figure Alexander Ausan. The council included representatives of the business and academic environment and the social sphere with experience in the activities of digital ecosystems:
- Igor Agamirzyan - Vice President of the Higher School of Economics, Professor of the Department of Software Engineering of the Faculty of Computer Science of the Higher School of Economics.
- Marat Atnashev is a professor of business practice, co-founder of the Center for Negotiations and Network Organizations of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
- Ivan Begtin is the founder and director of the Information Culture ANO.
- Alexander Gorny is the co-founder of Mo: Meditation and Dream, co-founder of United Investors.
- Dmitry Grits is the managing partner of Grits and Partners, a candidate of law.
- Sergey Kapkov - Director of the Center for Urban Studies Laboratory at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M.V . Lomonosov, founder of the Moscow Center for Urban Studies, candidate of philosophical sciences.
- Elena Kolmanovskaya is the co-founder of Yandex.
- Yaroslav Kuzminov - Russian economist, public figure, supervisor of the Higher School of Economics.
