2025: Catalytic People bought 100% of Meridian-Service LLC

The T-Technologies Group initially invested in Catalytic People as part of a deal to integrate Rosbank. The company received a controlling stake without additional cash investments, since the asset was on the balance sheet of Rosbank.

The assets of Catalytic People include 64% of the service for entrepreneurs Tochka. In addition to Catalytic People, the shareholders of Tochka are VKontakte and 1C. Ilya Pisemsky, financial director of T-Technologies, did not rule out new mergers and acquisitions as part of his participation in Catalytic People.

The authorized capital of Catalytic People in mid-May 2025 increased from ₽2,9 million to ₽149,9 billion. The company's capital has already been invested, as well as attracted funding for possible projects with potential synergistic effects.[1]
