2024: Revenue growth by a third to 25.4 billion rubles

In 2024, the IT company LUKOIL Technologies received 25.41 billion rubles in revenue. This is a third more compared to the previous year, when the result of 19.07 billion rubles was shown. The cost of sales year-on-year increased by 32.6% - from 17.14 billion rubles to 22.73 billion rubles. Commercial expenses jumped by 167.8%, reaching 239.66 million rubles against 89.48 million rubles in 2023. Management expenses rose from 929.2 million rubles to 1.09 billion rubles, that is, by 17.3%. Under the article "other income," approximately 30-fold growth was recorded - from 5.36 million rubles to 159.3 million rubles. Other expenses amounted to 351.93 million rubles against 206.22 million rubles in 2023 (plus 70.7%).

IT company LUKOIL Technologies increased annual revenue by a third to 25.4 billion rubles

Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services increased by about one and a half times - from 15.58 billion rubles to 23.13 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services rose from 10.9 billion rubles to 18.27 billion rubles - by 67.6%. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees increased by 44.1% - from 4.57 billion rubles to 6.59 billion rubles.

Gross profit in 2024 reached 2.68 billion rubles: this is 38.6% more than in the previous year, when it was 1.94 billion rubles. Profit from sales rose almost one and a half times, amounting to 1.35 billion rubles against 916.59 million rubles in 2023. Net profit increased by 51.5% - from 529.61 million rubles to 802.37 million rubles.

Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 14.06 billion rubles, which is 28.3% more than in the previous year (10.96 billion rubles). Accounts payable decreased by 16.6% - from 17.04 billion rubles to 14.21 billion rubles.[1]

2023: Revenue growth of 75%

As TAdviser found out, in 2023, the revenue of its subsidiaries Lukoil - LUKOIL Technologies - increased by 75% compared to 2022 and amounted to about 19.1 billion rubles. According to the database of legal entities "Kontur. Focus," "LUKOIL Technology" ended the year with a net profit of 529.6 million rubles.

From the explanations to the balance sheet and the report on financial results for 2023, published in the database of the Federal Tax Service, it follows that the largest share of revenue - over 9.2 billion rubles - fell on the direction of integrated management systems and corporate information systems. It includes the development and support of all centralized, sectoral and specialized information systems that ensure the operation of Lukoil Group enterprises: from intelligent solutions for intelligence and mining enterprises to the corporate system of management of sales organizations.

Central to all systems is a global solution, the Integrated Management System (IMS). It was introduced in more than 100 organizations of the Lukoil group, it is used by about 18 thousand employees of the company.

About 972 million rubles of the company brought a direction related to local information systems. Here, the technological basis is represented by 1C products. It includes accounting information systems for the centralized business process of accounting and tax accounting of Lukoil Group enterprises.

Among the major IT projects of 2023 at Lukoil is a complete transition to a system of personnel electronic document management (KEDO). After testing at several enterprises of the company, from the beginning of 2023, a phased transition of all Russian subsidiaries[3] was planned at KEDO].
