Hotellab is a Russian service for dynamic pricing in hotels founded in 2019. The system, based on artificial intelligence algorithms, analyzes the market situation, hotel sales, guest flows, demand elasticity and many other factors online - from the weather to the actions of competitors. The technology also takes into account the commissions of intermediary channels and finds periods when a hotel can sell more expensive and more profitable through its own site.

The startup says that hotel chains use expensive corporate solutions to manage the price, and small hotels change data manually, based on intuition and increasing the likelihood of error. The Hotellab math, according to the developers, allows you to choose the most profitable price at a particular time and increase the hotel's revenue by 12-20%.
