2026: 1C creates a new joint business Findir
As TAdviser discovered in early February 2026, 1C created a new joint venture with partners - 1C-Findir LLC. In addition to 1C itself, which, according to the database of legal entities "Kontur. Focus," owns a share of 51% of the company's authorized capital, the co-founders of the new business are Maria Mikhailenko, founder and general director of Smartan, and Andrei Chernogorov, founder and general director of Bidzaar (Bidzaar). In 1C-Findir, they own shares of 30% and 19%, respectively.
Moreover, initially the co-founders of the enterprise were 1C and Maria Mikhailenko, who also took the position of general director in it, and Andrei Chernogorov joined a little later, at the end of December 2025.
As of early 2026, there does not seem to be an open website where 1C-Findir products and services would be presented, as shown by an Internet search. And in "1C" the activities of "1C-Findir" have not yet been commented on. Among the declared activities of the company are software development, provision of consulting and information services, data processing, auxiliary activities in the field of financial services, activities for the provision of services in the field of accounting, financial audit, tax consulting, etc.
According to TAdviser, the main business area of 1C-Findir will be data-driven financial products for the 1C ecosystem.
I must say that all participants of 1C-Findir are partners for each other in another business. So, in addition to Maria Mikhailenko, since 2025, 1C and Andrei Chernogorov also own shares in Smartan.
Smartan, founded in 2017, is positioned as a service for automatic financial analysis of legal entities and includes a platform and API solution for collecting and analyzing unstructured financial data from accounting systems. Its website states that in addition to 1C, it also knows how to work with a wide range of other systems - imported and Russian.
According to Kontur. Focus, Smartan's revenue in 2024 was small - about 4.7 million rubles, and this is the highest figure since the company was founded. The service also has an English-language version - SmartAn, aimed at a foreign audience and registered in the United States.
Even earlier, 1C became a co-owner of Bidzaar, a cloud service for B2B purchases, bringing its share in it to 74.55% in 2024. Its revenue in 2024 reached 812.1 million rubles, an increase of 147%, and the annual turnover of purchases (GMV) on the site, as reported by 1C in November 2025, is approaching 1 trillion rubles.
According to Kontur. Focus, for Maria Mikhailenko, 1C-Findir and Smartan are the only businesses where she co-founded. Andrei Chernogorov, in addition to the companies already mentioned above, is a co-founder of Cognitive LLC. Here, as in the case of Bidzaar, 1C at the end of 2024 increased its share in the authorized capital to 74.55%.
Andrei Chernogorov is also listed in the co-founders of Theory from Practitioners, a corporate educational project created by the co-founder, in Qiwi Sergey Solonin which he later invested, among other things. Beeline
