Release of the module "Data preparation for information transfer services to FMS"

On August 3, 2021, 1C-Rarus announced the release of the Data Preparation for Information Transfer Services to FMS module in addition to the 1C-Rarus: Hotel Management software solution. The functionality of the module allows you to automate the formation of hotel guest lists in order to send them to third-party data transfer services to the FMS.

The module "Data preparation for information transfer services to the FMS" simplifies the sending of information to the FMS about arriving guests through third-party services.

The presented module is an addition to the main supply "1C-Rarus: Hotel Management" and is intended for use in hotels, hotels, sanatorium-resort complexes, hostels and other hospitality establishments, which are required to provide data on guests.

How the module works:

  • Enter data and fill-in forms. When a new guest arrives, the hotel employee scans his passport data, and then fills out the form to form a list. If the required fields are omitted during filling, the program will automatically select them.
  • Prepare a list to send to services. After entering the data, the hotel employee uploads the file and uploads it to the "Kontur.FMS MS" system, which, in turn, sends it to the FMS.
  • Automatically add to the list when you renew your stay. If the guest decided to extend his hotel stay, then after making changes to the "AWS Accommodation," the module will re-add his name to the new upload to the service with the already filled data.

Start of sales

On February 2, 2021, 1C-Rarus announced that sales of the 1C-Rarus: Hotel Management solution for hotels, hotels and sanatorium-resort complexes had started.

The main differences from the previous version: modular sales system, updated interface and platform "1C: Our Enterprise Management." The platform allows you to use all the blocks included in this solution: CRM, warehouse, marketing, etc.

This line "1C-Rarus: Hotel Management" is suitable for the automation of accounting in small hotels, hostels, dispensaries and sanatoriums, as well as large hotel chains, which include a water park or other paid access areas.

Differences from the previous version:

  • 1. Created on the basis of "1C: Our Enterprise Management," all blocks of this solution are supported. The functional units of the UNF - financial accounting, personnel and RFP accounting unit, procurement management and others - are already included in the main supply, there is no need to purchase them additionally or keep records in third-party programs.
  • 2. Additional capabilities. The updated version of the program supports work with the web client, thin forms, mobile client, Linux as well as\and Unix ODATA.
  • 3. Modular sales system. Thanks to the modular sales system, the solution is suitable for both small hotels and large sanatorium-resort complexes. The user purchases the main supply "1C-Rarus: Hotel Management," which includes the basic units of booking, accommodation, mutual settlements and administration, and then can purchase an additional module at any time in case of business expansion.
  • 4. Power supply module. The power module is the software solution for automation of catering establishments "1C: Catering enterprise management." The program includes a large range of functionality necessary for maintaining full accounting in cafes, canteens, restaurant chains and catering operators (catering).

Optional modules

The main functions of the line for February 2021:

  • 1. Booking and accommodation. The functionality allows the manager to receive information about the availability of rooms in the hotel, see data on regular guests and quickly calculate the cost of the reservation, and the "Vouchers" module allows you to accommodate guests who have come to rest on vouchers.
  • 2. Integration with the hotel website and third-party booking services makes it possible to automatically accept requests for booking a room from various sources and control the occupancy of the room stock.
  • 3. Settlement management and integration with 1C: Accounting. The functionality allows you to make flexible settings for calculating tariffs using various indicators, conduct settlements with guests and contractors, as well as manage pricing policy, discounts and benefits, etc.
  • 4. Room cleaning control. To control and take into account the cleaning of the room stock, the Houskipping module is provided, which systematizes and simplifies the personnel management process and allows you to maintain cleanliness in hotels and sanatorium-hotel complexes.
  • 5. Administration and reporting. The functionality allows you to obtain summary data on all hotels in the network in a single database, as well as centrally maintain directories and classifiers. To generate reports, you can connect to the 1C mobile client, as well as configure automatic sending.
  • 6. Management of individual areas (swimming pools, water parks, spa zones). A turnstile is installed in front of the entrances to the pool, water park and other zones, and the guest receives a bracelet with which its passage into the charged zone is recorded. The bracelet can be used as an electronic wallet that can be replenished with money and pay for goods or services in the turnstile area, for example, drinks from a bar or spa service.
