The RESTART software package is designed to automate the front office at power plants. As a platform, MS Windows and the MS SQL database format are used, which makes it easy to administer the system, and practically removes all restrictions on the number of automated workplaces of contact personnel: waiters, cashiers and bartenders.

RESTART: Administrator

The solution can be used both in small enterprises and in large chains, entertainment and hotel complexes or food factories with a large number of points of sale. "RESTART: Administrator" module is the main control tool of "RESTART" automated system. Required to set up the system, complete and edit the reference books, receive business reports, view the detailed work log, route the printing of kitchen printers, and enter new discounts. RESTART: Deposit and discount server

The "RESTART: Deposit and Discount Server" module is an independent system for accounting for accumulative and payment cards issued to customers. The "deposit-discount server" can store information on both discount (discount) and balance (deposit) cards. Moreover, the properties of each card can be determined individually: credit depth, balance sheet, restrictions on the number of transactions and amount with accuracy to the day, week, month, year. Thanks to the Microsoft SQL Server platform, the module can be used to maintain a single current map database both in RESTART and in various "external" solutions. The number of external client connections to the module is unlimited.

RESTART: Business analysis

RESTART: Business Analysis - development of 1C-Rarus to automate catering establishments. The product is designed to receive detailed and versatile analytics about the results of the enterprise, automated using AS Restart. The add-on allows you to be flexible in creating reports and their forms and provides the ability to create any reports at the request of users. The solution is best suited for owners, directors and administrators who need detailed and multi-pronged business reporting. The supplement generates reports based on sales data from the Restart foreground. It is possible to receive reports on built-in parameters. So, among the reports formed by RESTART: Business Analysis:

  • Sales analysis (report on the average check, analysis of sales by hours, on the sale of dishes, etc.);

RESTART: Business Analysis can be integrated with a system that includes an unlimited number of points. The only condition is the availability of the Restart system installed and operating in each object. With this interaction, the management of the enterprise can receive detailed analytics for each of the objects included in it. Thanks to the modern 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform, you can work with a new product through a thin client. "RestArt" version 3.3 includes 10 innovations

1C-Rarus updated in October the decision of RestArt to revision 3.3. Now the system provides: monitoring the readiness of dishes, planning purchases taking into account pre-orders, summary reporting on revenue, the number of guests and checks, calculating the average check. The program can already be purchased from 1C-Rarus.

In "RestArt 3.3" the workplaces of administrators, cashiers, meters and fast food employees have been optimized, the functions for organizing the work of "Kitchen" and the design of "Self-ordering" have been added, the settings for the loyalty system and alcohol sales control have been updated.

10 new features of "RestArt 3.3":

  • "ARM Kitchen." If in the previous version the status of readiness of individual dishes has changed, then in the current version you can change the status of all dishes in the order at once, which significantly saves staff time.

"RestArt: Electronic Queue" helps to increase the speed of service and turnover of orders, to reduce jobs and expenses on the largest retail space and equipment for cash registers. The product is aimed at enterprises in the field of fast food: after the cashier accepts the order, its status is displayed on the panel above the distribution. Seeing that the order is "ready," the client independently picks it up without waiting in line at the checkout. The cashier manages to serve a large stream of guests, accepting orders and not being distracted by their issuance.

RestArt version 3.1

1C-Rarus expanded in the spring of 2016 the capabilities of the solution for automation of restaurants and food enterprises "RestArt" with the release of edition 3.1. The updated functionality helps chefs to quickly receive orders, sellers to control product balances, and customers to independently create and pay for orders.

In edition 3.1 of the industry solution "RestArt" modules appeared: AWS "Cooks," "Service" and "Self-service," the functionality of AWS "Fast Food," "Administrator" was updated, the ability to record alcoholic beverages in the EGAIS system was added.

ARM "Cooks" allows you to quickly start preparing a dish: using the free application "Mobile Waiter," without leaving the guest, the waiter instantly sends an order to the installed monitor or cook's tablet, where the recipe and photos of the selected dish will be automatically displayed, and after cooking, the system will notify the waiter of readiness.

Self-service AWS opens up new opportunities for buyers and saves time for maintenance personnel. Now the client can independently use a special terminal by creating an electronic order and paying for it. All that remains to be done by the employee is to issue a prepared order.

The Service section quickly closes the shift and uploads the exchange messages. Here you can also edit menu prices and record the fact of opening alcoholic beverages in the EGAIS system.

The Fast Food AWS is now equipped with a second monitor that clearly demonstrates to the client the selected dishes, their quantity, cost and total order amount, and also allows you to place advertising or promotional offers.

The updated version of the "Administrator" AWS has added notifications about products that are in the minimum balance, which allows you to quickly replenish warehouse stocks.

The Coupon mode is designed specifically for one-time discount or gift cards. Previously, the deactivation of the flyer took place manually, but now it is blocked automatically after the check is punched, the company said.

Finally, the "Alcohol Opening Act" option automatically creates an act of opening each bottle after scanning the product, providing a report on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages based on the results.

RestArt Revision 3.0

1C-Rarus developed at the end of 2015 edition 3.0 of the industry solution "RestArt." The product will allow you to quickly organize the work of the call center, easily accept and distribute orders, control the range of buffets.
