Description

The Partner LLC company provides services of safe custody of goods in a warehouse in Pushkin. The warehouse complex is separated into a zone of dry storage and the storage area using refrigeration chambers that allows to expand the range of the offered services. Regular customers of the company are large producers of drinks and frozen goods of North-West Region. Due to the expansion of warehouse spaces and providing more flexible rates for services of safe custody there was a need for qualitatively new instrument of calculation of services. Increase in time of providing the reporting to the management became a critical factor for the choice of a new system.

The company management of Partner LLC made the decision on purchase of a configuration "Logistics. Management of warehouse 3.0" the systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" which allows to increase significantly efficiency of a warehouse and its employees and to automate services of safe custody.

As the contractor on implementation of a configuration the SoftBalance company, one of the largest implementation centers of St. Petersburg was selected.

At the request of the customer the module of daily automatic calculation of custodial services taking into account coefficients of a scale of charges, specific to each client was developed (for calculation of services the answer. storages).

For convenience of accounting and the analysis the mechanism of accounting of additional units of storage of goods was developed and successfully implemented. Now became possible to output the report on the stored remaining balance in several units of storage, for example in kg (basic unit of storage), in pallets and boxes.

Accounting on the area of storage taking into account exceeding and recalculation of a rate of storage was in addition implemented if the bailor exceeded a limit on the area of storage of goods (it is conducted automatically taking into account dimensional data of the stored goods).

For accounting of the customer formation of the document "Sales of goods and services" on the rendered services for the period in partners is made in 1C: Accounting 8. During implementation consultations on work in the program, to upgradeabilities, training and support were held. In the course of implementation 2 attendant workstations of a warehouse were automated.
