Ittilan KnowDocs 2.0
The electronic document management system of "Ittilan KnowDocs 2.0" is created based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Nintex Workflow 2010 and own developments of Ittilan company. The used technologies allowed to make this system a flexible and scalable solution and also integrated simplicity of work in usual office applications and the web browser with flexibility and functionality of the platform.
The product combines a maximum of available functionality for users and ease of support and development of a system from administrators.
Among numerous systems capabilities it is possible to select key:
- A system completely is based on an object model of the platform that allows to build in "Ittilan KnowDocs 2.0" a circuit of solutions based on SharePoint most naturally, and does the same the system of the alienated and not having binding to vendor of EDMS.
- The visual editor for creation of routes of the movement of documents without programming. It means that all workflows, routes of passing of documents are created by the business analyst in few hours, but are not programmed for weeks, as within a reference platform. Moreover, any change of regulations of approval is made also by the analyst's forces without involvement of the IT specialist. The visual editor of workflows allows to operate in the drag-and-drop mode with more than 90 ready elements.
- Form designer with the web interface. Allows to create cards of documents and a form of requests and to manage arrangement of fields in them and also access rights to certain fields in cards on groups and roles of users.
- Binding of a route and access rights to roles. The movement of documents in a system is performed on organizational structure of the company taking into account a binding to positions and roles, but not to the specific employee. The flexible mechanism of deputies and assistants is in addition supported.
- The analytics and the reporting under time of passing of stages of processes is available. The possibility of viewing the status of passing of process according to the specific document, and also summary statistics of execution of processes is supported. The present possibility is useful to determination of bottlenecks of business processes and also assessment of KPI of the departments and specialists involved in approval processes (for example, legal service, accounting).
- Integration with external systems. Thanks to connectors to ERP, CRM and HR systems, Ittilan KnowDocs 2.0 it is easily integrated with the current infrastructure of the company and fully uses available reference books and data.
- Personal account. Work of each employee is conducted in "personal account" on the portal which dynamically and individually forms a system depending on a role of the employee. In it all tasks of approval, execution, control of documents and requests are aggregated. Besides, in a personal account of heads the output of reports, as within document flow processes, and reports on data of external systems can be configured (for example, the system of the management reporting) that can become the convenient instrument of decision support.
- Security. A system allows to perform general audit of actions of the user during the work with a system that is one of key conditions for control of processes of the automated document flow of the company.
