Operational accounting and managerial tasks of the supplier of textile products of Ampiks is automated

Specialists of data center "1C-Rarus" completed the project on automation of operational accounting and managerial tasks in Ampiks company. One of leaders of the domestic market of deliveries of textile products of technical appointment will organize the main business processes using the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product.

The management of "Ampiks" addressed to 1C-Rarus company for the purpose of automation of process of accounting at the enterprise for standards of the Russian legislation. As a basis of an information system implementation specialists selected the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product. Together with achievement of an effective objective, development allows to solve the following problems:

• Manage deliveries;
• Manage sales;
• Plan sales and purchases;
• Manage warehouse stocks;
• Manage orders of buyers;
• Manage customer relations;
• Analyze a goods turnover of the company;
• Analyze the prices and manage price policy;
• Monitor and analyze efficiency of a trading activity.

Staff of Ampiks company has an opportunity to register in information base both already perfect, and only planned economic transactions. Using the product "1C: Trade Management 8" a design of the majority of primary documents of a trade and inventory control, documents of the movement of financial flows was automated. Thanks to a new accounting system the personnel of the supplier of textile products receive analytical reports in different options.

In addition to software installation, specialists 1C-Rarus provided user training to work with an information system. According to the results of the project the staff of Ampiks company noted the attentive relation when training, availability of statement of a technique of work with products and high quality of service.
