The standard solution was implemented with the minimum completions which were implemented only by external settings by specialists of the Institute of Standard Solutions company - Production, Institute of Model Solutions.

By the time of the beginning of the project at the enterprise the accounting system acted on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. It was necessary to provide soft junction on a new information system which is capable to provide to the customer control of results of activity and performance indicators of the enterprise, the cost accounting and profits with required extent of detailing, operational providing divisions of the enterprise with necessary reliable information. All this had to lead to cost reduction, the business processes connected with insufficient efficiency of accomplishment, influence of a human factor, inefficient management decisions.

By December, 2007 in the company it was complete preproject inspection of business processes, including analysis of their quality, detailing of the processes which are subject to automation and also making decision on need of reorganization of the selected business processes for a possibility of their automation or increase in their efficiency.

System engineering is executed, including functional requirements of system configuration and to methods of its implementation are developed; to the regulations describing an operating procedure with an automated system; to the equipment and personnel using a system.

The following subsystems are brought into commercial operation: operational accounting of inventory items in warehouses and in production; managerial and accounting of economic transactions; sales management, orders, CRM; purchase management; production accounting and exact ponomenklaturny calculation of actual cost of semi-finished products and products; planned cost calculation; production shift planning, automatic formation of packets of production documents.

25 jobs are automated. Subsystems of production planning and sales management provided the continuity of a planning cycle of purchases of raw materials and shipment of finished goods that in turn led to decrease in unproductive costs almost twice. The developed management tools customer interaction (CRM) allowed commercial service to reach new level in the activity that promoted growth of a customer loyalty.
