'Homeland' of the ERP system has no value and complexity at implementation that western that Russian system will be approximately identical. Any implementation is a stress for the company, first of all — for her employees. The company management should be ready among other to the fact that a part of collective will leave because will not want or will not be able to work in a new system. Waits for the large volume of extra work and the management as implementation of the ERP system requires serious review of business processes, the choice of the new, optimal scheme of activity, it is possible — reforming, reorganization of a part of processes of the company. At the same time, certainly, it is necessary to hold business turnovers, so, to execute, as before, all current tasks, without thinking about reforms. The best result at start of a new system — stable indicators of work, without 'shrinkage' in a transient period and the obvious growth of indicators of business within 1.5 — 2 years of operation of a new system.

The Russian solutions of the class ERP for automation of a back office of the large retail networks comparable on the power, functionality and scalability with western, do not exist for today. At the same time, Andrey recognizes, in the market there are excellent Russian solutions for the front office, cash desks, a warehouse.
