Biography

In 1997, Dmitry was educated at the Cherepovets Higher Military School of Radio Electronics.

From 2002 to 2005 he studied at the Institute of Management and Information Technologies of St. Petersburg State Technical University.

From 2005 to 2010, he worked as IT Chief information officer at CJSC TD Severstal-Invest.

In 2010 and until 2013, he worked as a CIO at Utkonos.

From 2013 to 2014, he worked as an adviser to the President of the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange.

In 2014, he received the position of Managing Director of the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange.

Since 2013, he has been working as a project manager for Rosneft's B2B electronic platform.

In 2015, he began working as CEO of TEK-Torg CJSC.

As of June 14, 2016, Dmitry Anatolyevich Sytin works as the general director of CJSC TEK-Torg.

According to the Chekko portal, in December 2023 he left the post of general director of TEK-Torg.
