For work of the medical organizations with stationary conditions of assistance to patients as an important task the organization of the detailed accounting of medicines on all way of their passing is: from the government contract and purchase, before the personified write-off. The program is intended for its solution"1C:Medicine. Hospital drugstore". It allows to consider how many it was spent drugs for treatment of each patient, to calculate direct expenses on medicines, to transfer data to accounting, and if the hospital is included into the Monitoring of the Prices project Roszdravnadzor, to unload information on purchase prices of the website of the department.
2019: Testing with a monitoring system of the movement of medicines
The Center of Development of Perspective Technologies (CDPT) and 1C Company announced on February 4, 2019 conducting joint testing of upgraded versions of software products "1C: Retail. Drugstore", "1C: Management of pharmacy chain" and products of the line "1C: Medicine" with support of an information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (ICs MDLP). Read more here.
2016: Edition 2.0 of the software product "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore"
Product"1C:Medicine. Hospital drugstore. Edition 2.0" it is intended for detailed analytical accounting of pharmaceutical goods in hospital drugstore, departments and offices and also in retail pharmaceutical points of the medical organization. The solution can be used both in public institution, and in the self-supporting medical organization.
Main industry functionality of the program:
- universal approach for accounting of inventory items of a different type: medicines, account medical materials, other materials;
- design of goods receipts according to the specification and supplier orders;
- maintaining an inventory control both in pharmaceutical warehouses, and in departments of the medical organization;
- accounting of medicines on belonging to lists, on series, expiration dates;
- check of series according to the list of the medicines withdrawn from circulation according to decisions of Roszdravnadzor;
- registration of packing and production on a medicinal copy-book;
- export of data on reporting period in a segment in a format of Roszdravnadzor for the "Operational Monitoring of Medicines" project;
- the organization of sales in retail pharmaceutical point;
- support of an external retail store equipment: data collection terminals, scanners of barcodes, etc.;
- accounting on several medical organizations in one information base.
Configuration "Medicine. Hospital drugstore. Edition 2.0" is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library, uses synchronization of data with 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, edition 2.0, with 1C: Accounting 8, edition 3.0 and 2.0 through a universal format at the level:
- documents and reference information;
- data of amount-based accounting by groups of accounting.
The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use protection.

Accounting in retail pharmaceutical point of the medical organization
In the program the section of Sale for accounting is provided in retail pharmaceutical point of the medical organization. The retail pharmaceutical point can be the automated outlet or remote non-automated outlet.
The main difference of the automated outlets from deleted (non-automated outlets) is the following.
- In the automated outlets retail sales are made out in the On-Line mode. The cash register (CR) working in the mode of a fiscal registrar, the scanner of the barcode and other necessary retail store equipment is connected to the computer. At a design of retail sales to the end buyer at the checkout of the CR the fiscal check makes the way. Information on the issued sales to the retail buyer is fixed in the program at once.
- Registration of retail sales happens in remote (non-automated) outlets at the autonomous checkout of the CR (remote retail stores) or manually (stalls, booths, etc.). In the program"1C:Medicine. The hospital drugstore" is entered summarized information on sales of goods in remote outlet (in a day, week, month) and acceptance of retail revenue from remote outlet is registered.
Sale and assessment of goods in the retail outlets (automated and non-automated) is conducted by that type of retail prices which is set in a card of a warehouse of a retail outlet.
The sales of goods in the automated outlet can be broken into the next stages:
- Issue of money in cash desk of the CR.
- Opening of cash change. Depositing funds in cash desk of the CR.
- Execution of checks of the CR.
- Return of goods by the check during cash change.
- Closing of cash change. Dredging of money from cash desk of the CR.
- Transfer of retail revenue to cash desk of the enterprise.
- Design of return to the retail buyer after closing of cash change.
By the check some of three methods can execute payment:
- cash,
- payment card,
- partially – cash, partially – the payment card.
Before a design of payment by the payment card it is necessary to connect that acquiring terminal which will register payment by payment cards to cash desk of the CR.
Other changes
- Data loading on series of the drugs withdrawn from circulation according to decisions of Roszdravnadzor from ITS MEDITSINA in a configuration is implemented. Load defective series from a disk of ITS MEDITSINA, since release June, 2012.
- The list of documents for which it is possible to use additional details and data is expanded
- The obligation of filling of a series is provided in the receipt document if according to the nomenclature series-based accounting is kept. If in the database a series was not filled, then upon transition to the current release there will be a filling of empty series.
- In a configuration it is possible to execute creation, editing and printing of a rack card. Rack cards are created on the configured templates. For each model it is possible to configure the printing options: printer, size of paper, indent field, etc. For each group of accounting of the nomenclature it is possible to set a template by default.
Use of new edition of a configuration is possible only with the 1C: Enterprise 8.2. platform above.

- "1C: Enterprise 8.2. User guide".
TRANSITION TO NEW EDITION "1C: MEDICINE. HOSPITAL DRUGSTORE"
The registered users of software products "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore", having the current agreement of information and technology maintenance (1C:ITS), can receive new edition in the order of updating of release of a configuration provided for them.
SERVICE MAINTENANCE OF USERS OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
For software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system service maintenance through the information and technology maintenance (ITM) is provided. The disk "ITS MEDITSINA" of flow output and the coupon on free service through ITS for 6 months is included in the delivery of the software product. For receiving services the user needs to register the purchased software product in 1C Company and to issue a free semi-annual subscription at the partner in the coupon which is included in the delivery of the software product who sold a box or independently using a PIN code for registration on the user support website which enters delivery of a product.
