Industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Drugstore" it is intended for automation of problems of operational accounting, the analysis and planning of transactions in retail trade by medicines, goods of medical appointment and also joint products of the pharmaceutical range. Is suitable as for automation of single drugstores, and the drugstores entering into retail chain stores.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• Work in the mode of the distributed information bases (DIB) with clear split of document flow on drugstores where information on all drugstores of network is consolidated in the RIB main node. Mechanisms of automatic initiation of data exchange are provided;
• Conducting serial accounting of medicines. Registration and accounting of analogs and interchangeability of medicines. Control of counterfeited and defective series of medicines and also series expired;

• Design of arrival of medicines from the partner on warehouses of drugstores and also movement of medicines between drugstores, internal warehouses of drugstores, drugstores and warehouses of the enterprise, including in the two-phase (order) mode;

The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware or program protection.

2015: 1C: Retail 8. Drugstore, edition 2.1

March 6, 2015. The companies 1C-Rarus and firm "1C" issued the updated solution "1C: Retail 8. Drugstore". When developing edition 2.1 experience of automation of 15,000 companies of the pharmaceutical industry is considered. Edition includes opportunities for control of cash transactions: video surveillance with use USB- cameras, the magazine of actions of the front-line worker, mechanisms of informing on significant events through e-mail, the SMS or notifications in the program.

"1C: Retail 8. Drugstore" - the tool for retail automation by drugs - appeared in the market in the new edition 2.1. The solution allows to automate in a complex a trading activity of the drugstores, pharmaceutical booths and pharmacy retail networks focused on sale of medicines, dietary supplements, means of hygiene, medical devices. The program optimizes work of the front-line workers managing drugstores, managers of drugstores, marketing specialists, heads.

The updated program includes ampler opportunities which consider relevant requests over 15 thousand industry members. Among improvements:

• Registration of orders of buyers and sale on them and also indication of payment of the order.
• The delivery service of goods allows to create the request for delivery, to process documents and to create the report of execution.
• The simplified mechanism of comparison of data of the register of the prices of VED and data of the nomenclature reference book.

2011: 1C: Retail. Drugstore, edition 2

Software product "1C: Retail. Drugstore, edition 2" underwent in November, 2011 certification in 1C Company. Development is released as addition to a line of the programs "1C: Retail 8" for automation of retail chain stores and single objects. The product promotes the organization of operational accounting, the analysis and planning of business processes in drugstores. The mode thin or the web client, provided for the majority of jobs, allows to save both on acquisition of a system, and on its service.

Software product "1C: Retail. Drugstore, edition 2" received the certificate "Compatibly!" 1C Company. The program is developed by specialists of 1C-Rarus company for network and single drugstores. Its release is planned within a line "1C: Retail 8" where software solutions for automation of retail networks and shops of any format and scale enter.

In comparison with "1C: Retail, edition 2", program "1C: Retail. The drugstore, edition 2" has advanced functionality for work with medicines and goods of medical appointment. The product allows to organize business processes, specific to drugstores: poseriyny accounting of medicines, control of counterfeits and expiration dates, control corrected pricings, etc. Development automates accounting of trade inventories in warehouses of drugstores and money in cash desks. Conducting multicorporate accounting where each warehouse (trading floor) can be carried to a certain organization is provided.

The program allows work with the obligatory pharmaceutical range and specialized groups of goods. An opportunity to enter information on analogs of medicines into the system helps to offer quickly replacement of the absent goods at communication with buyers.

In "1C: Retail. The drugstore, edition 2" are facilitated processes of initial filling of the reference book of the range of traded goods and its support in current status. It is possible thanks to loading of the normative reference information on medicines from materials of the disk "ITS MEDITSINA".

Service of loading and data-refresh from the official site of Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development is provided in the program. Through service information on the medicines and series ordered to withdrawal from pharmacy and retail network (counterfeits) comes to a system. Using the program monitoring of documents for availability of counterfeited medicines and series expired is conducted.

The software product helps to control installation of the prices of medicines according to the legislation. The solution allows to create models of price labels and labels, to organize their printing.

"1C: Retail. The drugstore, edition 2" is developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform that permits its use in the mode thin or the web client. All users of the program, except for the cashier can work in this mode. Application of the thin client allows to lower finance costs on acquisition of a system, to save time for its service, provides simplicity of management, security and fault tolerance.
