Solution"1C:Medicine. Salary and a budget institution staff" 1.0 systems of programs 1C: Enterprise "8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution are developed based on the standard configuration "Salary and Budget Institution Staff" of an edition.
When developing the software product experience of implementation in the following organizations is considered:
- Central clinical hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
- Center of diagnostics and rehabilitation Gazpromtransgaz Moscow;
- Medical and sanitary Part N169 of FMBA of the Russian Federation;

2019: Testing with a monitoring system of the movement of medicines
The Center of Development of Perspective Technologies (CDPT) and 1C Company announced on February 4, 2019 conducting joint testing of upgraded versions of software products "1C: Retail. Drugstore", "1C: Management of pharmacy chain" and products of the line "1C: Medicine" with support of an information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (ICs MDLP). Read more here.

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Salary and Budget Institution Staff", solution"1C:Medicine. Salary and a budget institution staff" considers specifics of organizations health care and provides following features:
Tariffing
Creation of the tariff reporting is performed using the report on the basis of the order of FMBA of the Russian Federation of 9/4/2008 No. 310 "About tariffing of employees of federal budgetary institutions of health care and the social protection subordinated to FMBA of Russia". Tariff lists are under construction on the basis of information accumulated in a system which belongs to the personal information about employees or to data on the staff list. The staff list is supplemented with details about category of personnel, a job group with chemical weapons, increase percent for harm, the raising coefficients to drivers. Mechanisms are developed for formation of tariff lists:
- accounting qualification employee categories;
- divisions of staff of the organizations and vacancies on categories of personnel, with a possibility of the indication of the corresponding report tariff form for each of categories of personnel;
- formations of structure of the tariff commission.
In addition to the most tariff reporting, in a configuration there is a possibility of creation of the generalized analytical report "Aggregated Tariff Data".
Interaction with the register of health workers
The subsystem of maintaining the federal register of health workers of an information and analytical system of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation is intended for collecting, storage and data processing of accounting of medical personnel of the subjects of the Russian Federation and also monitoring and control of distribution and movements of medical personnel. In the program the functionality which allows to organize unloading of the regulated information in a format of the register of health workers (http://download.gasurf.ru/ms/) is developed.
Payroll calculation on a new wage system in health care
In a configuration the method of calculation of compensation on professional qualification grades and groups is implemented. There was a possibility of flexible configuration of criteria of reference of positions of employees to professional qualification groups with the corresponding salaries. The feature for payroll of employees on their professional group is added. The employee can be carried to qualification level on a combination of indicators:
- position,
- division,
- intra official category,
- discharge.
Accounting of payments for extra works within the employment contract
In medical institutions the most expanded accounting of payments for extra works within the employment contract without transfer of the employee to other position or to other division is used. In a configuration main types of payments for extra works are implemented:
- combination - extra work not on the position, paid with percent from the salary;
increase in amount of works - the extra work on the position paid with percent from the salary;
- substitution - the extra work paid from a salary of the substituted employee.
Solution"1C:Medicine. Salary and a budget institution staff" underwent certification of 1C: Compatible, inf. letter No. 12967 of 1/18/2011.
The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and do not use hardware protection.
Use of a configuration is possible only with the 1C: Enterprise platform of version 8.2.13 above.
