Implementation of information systems by own efforts or using not enough qualified integrators can turn back a serious problem for the company. The Bouquet of Chuvashia company met such difficulty.

Without having an opportunity to get at that time time advice of worthy specialists, the Bouquet of Chuvashia company made the decision to implement an information system independently. However underestimation of complexity of a solvable task and incorrect approach to implementation resulted in unfavourable result.
