In Alyans-Leasing company the first stage of system implementation of automation of leasing activity is completed

The Leasing Vanguard company carried out the first stage of an implementation project of the information system "Homnet Leasing 8" to Alyans-Leasing companies.

Task

Creation of a common information space and need of acceleration of information exchange between branches of the companies demanded from the management of Alyans-Leasing of implementation of the multifunction automation system of leasing activity.

After the analysis of offers, heads of Alyans-Leasing made a choice for benefit of the solution "Homnet Leasing 8". For implementation of an end-to-end information system specialists of Leasing Vanguard company were invited.

Implementation

The first stage of the project in Alyans-Leasing company automates business sales process in all branches of the company. Thanks to creation of a common information space information exchange between divisions is adjusted, risks of emergence of errors are minimized. In particular all leasing transactions are automated from the moment of applications before implementation of the leasing transaction: registration of customer appeals, predesign of the transaction, calculations of leasing diagrams, formation of commercial offers, registration of requests for leasing and also decision making process according to the transaction is automated.

Results

Automation of sales department became the first stage of creation of an end-to-end information system in Alyans-Leasing company.

Realities

At the moment in the company project works of complex automation are continued.
