Content

Development of functionality of the software package "Homnet Leasing 8" is conducted on "pilot" projects by a development team of the standard solution and is issued in the form of the new version of the software product or the new module. Use of industrial approach allowed to increase significantly quality of the standard solution "Homnet Leasing 8" and to increase its functionality. Already now for clients "The basic module", Finance, "IFRS", "Accounting of the Leasing Company" and the module are available to integration of accounting and managerial parts of a system. The release of the modules "The Front — a Middle Office" and "Insurance" is planned for the I quarter 2012.


Use of industrial approach in development and implementation of an information system among the leasing companies becomes more popular. Among the companies which estimated advantages of such approach — the large foreign leasing companies and the companies at banks — IVECO Capital, Caterpillar Financial, MAN Financial Services, "Mercedes Benz Faynenshl Servises Rus", Sisko Capital of the CIS, "Deutsche Leasing East", "Volvo Finance East Service", VTB Leasing, "FB-LIZING", Absolyut-Leasing and many others.

Accounting of sales agreements by installments

Automation of accounting of sales agreements by installments, similar to accounting of agreements of leasing and lease became one of the main completions in regulated accounting. Now services in interest income are charged according to the diagram of charges. At the same time, the objects transferred according to the sales agreement by installments in a system are considered as goods with a possibility of automatic reflection of necessary entries in the book of purchases/sales and also with a possibility of filling of declarations on a transport tax and reflections of events of registration and removal from accounting for the goods which are vehicles.

Regulated accounting

Also in the module of regulated accounting there was a possibility of a task of rules according to which in the automatic mode the name of services in accounts, acts, invoices under agreements of leasing forms.

Accounting according to IFRS

The additional option — accounting of adjustments of credentials in the closed periods is developed for the module IFRS. New systems capabilities allow to separate the current accounting and reporting according to IFRS. Thus, now all adjustments made in regulated accounting backdating are reflected in the reporting under IFRS as corrections of the closed periods.

Managerial settlement

Specialists Homnet Leasing functionality of a subsystem of managerial settlement under agreements of leasing was expanded. New systems capabilities allow:

  • set settings of distribution of payments depending on settlement accounts and articles of DDS,
  • keep account of overpayments,
  • create documents of leaving of money and corrections of settlement of Management accounting under agreements of leasing on the basis of data of Regulated accounting.
  • recover the sequence of documents of settlement in Management accounting.

Operational accounting

The service mechanism of automatic installation of names of agreements and diagrams of different types according to the set template is added. Emergence in the system of this mechanism saved users from the labor-intensive process requiring big time expenditure when entering names of agreements and diagrams in a manual format.

In a system an opportunity to automatically create agreement numbers of different types according to the set template is implemented. For ensuring process of numbering of agreements in the organizations the general register (for example, in the MS Excel) is usually maintained in which numbers for preparing for agreement signature are reserved. However it is not always convenient (especially if the organization signs a large number of agreements) and can lead to the errors connected with a human factor. In a subsystem there was an opportunity to automatically create agreement numbers according to the settings entered earlier and if necessary to make correction of automatically created agreement number in the manual mode.

Besides, developers "Homnet Leasing" in a system added the report on the history of editing agreements. The similar report allows to obtain summary information on what actions were made with this or that agreement and what user.

General-system service mechanisms

In a system the possibility of automatic installation of time is implemented during creation of new documents depending on their type. Now the user had an opportunity in a system to set rules of consecutive formation of documents on time within one day for correct formation of the postings reflecting real data, entered into a system.

Reporting in different languages

In reports the feature to display representations of objects in different languages is added. At report generation the user has an opportunity to independently select language in which data will be provided. This service mechanism first of all is useful to the international companies which need to provide reports not only in Russian, but also in any other foreign language. For simplification of data entry for English the automatic transliteration is possible.

Integration with "1C: Accounting 8. Edition 2.0"

The integration module thanks to which became one of important completions there was an opportunity to integrate a system Homnet Leasing with "Accounting of the Leasing Company" based on "1C: Accounting 8. Edition 2.0". Release of the integrated system Homnet Leasing with "Accounting of the Leasing Company" it will be announced in the next few days.

Plans for development of a system:

  • creation of the automated workplace of the user for sales managers,
  • development of the standard calculator of payment schedules and charges for the block of regulated accounting,
  • implementation in the system of the service mechanism on automatic creation of agreements of leasing on the basis of requests for leasing,
  • development of the service mechanism allowing to automate maintaining and control of chains of the statuses of the main documents of a system in the field of operational accounting
  • development of a subsystem of accounting of transactions of insurance of objects of leasing in the regulated and operational accounting.

2012: Homnet Leasing Sales management

On August 24, 2012 the developer company released the new module of the industrial information system "Homnet Leasing 8" — "Homnet Leasing Sales management", intended for process automation of preparation and implementation of leasing transactions.

Feature of a product - an ability to manage leasing transactions at their large number and low qualification of personnel. The module allows to increase employee performance of the leasing company due to decrease in labor input and terms of preparation and execution of transactions in the conditions of the pipeline characteristic of retail leasing. At the same time the concept of product approach put in a system allows to process as well the transactions on "corporate" leasing differing in long terms of preparation and needing more complex analysis.

The module "Homnet Leasing Sales Management" is a shrink-wrapped software product, ready to use, which contains the work documentation, the description of processes of the front office, the filled-up knowledge base integrated into a system. Key features of the module:

  • convenient "jobs" of users with the interface, similar to MS Outlook, with lists of the current tasks and transactions at different stages, in the different statuses,
  • CRM and marketing — the history of addresses, commercial offers, contacts, marketing mailings,
  • fast processing of the entering addresses — identification of the client, preparation of the commercial offer,
  • control automation by risks at different stages of work with the transaction. Information on existence of delay by preparation of commercial offers; underwriting — control of completeness and correctness of providing documents, scoring models, automatic preparation of recommendations about the conclusion of transactions, electronic credit committee, fixing and control of execution of credit solutions,
  • automation of the procedure of preparation, approval and agreement signature — formation of sets of documents, tracking of a status of approval and signing,
  • functionality for management of leasing business — leasing products and programs, sales channels, management of chains of the statuses, the history of transitions on the statuses, control of the "hung-up" transactions, the plan fact of sales, a funnel of sales and the other reporting,
  • orientation to regional retail networks — end-to-end analytics on points and regions of sales, web access.
