The Softline company announces creation of the solution "Complete Office" which integrated in itself the DeskWork corporate portal and the products Microsoft Office Web Apps and Outlook Web Apps. Users of the solution will be able to work with Word applications, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook directly on the portal irrespective of, the packet of Microsoft Office is set on their computers, or not.

"We created the solution "Complete Office" for performance improvement of work and increase in mobility of employees of the client. Now it is not obligatory to install a packet of Microsoft Office on computers of employees who create and work with normal office documents, – all often used editing functions are in our solution. The normal packet of Microsoft Office is required only to the employees executing very difficult, professional execution of texts at the level of printing house. Using Microsoft Office applications of Web Apps it is possible to carry out different tasks, these are convenient analogs of Microsoft Word applications, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote which work at a corporate portal and allow to open, browse and edit documents in the browser even if on the computer Microsoft Office is not set. Office Web Apps is completely integrated with DeskWork, users work with documents directly on the portal, without additional programs. Documents remain on a corporate portal in network of the company therefore clients can ensure such security level, fault tolerances and safety which is necessary.

It is possible to get access to corporate mail by means of fast transition to the Outlook Web Apps web application including viewing, creation and sending e-mails, a management system for calendars, tasks, the contact list and many other opportunities familiar to users of Outlook. Outlook Web Apps is the convenient web analog of Microsoft application of Outlook 2010 working directly in the browser.

Thanks to the solution "Complete Office" to work with documents and mail the user can not only at office, but also in a business trip or from the house if the administrator provides it access to a corporate portal from the Internet via a secure channel. For use of the solution except the license DeskWork it is necessary to issue the order as a part of a set for the corporate products MS Office 2010 and MS Exchange 2010 if they were not purchased earlier.
