Bjorklund also asked the question "whether [Kundra] in attempts to fight for a right cause fused".

A kind third from 25 points of its plan should be performed within the first six months, and it did not occur, Byerklund noted. Though progress is made, "I think, now nobody can declare success of any of these points", he told.

Kundra was the technical director of the District of Columbia before its acceptance for work as federal CIO. Byerklund told that selecting new CIO, Obama will want the person who can think of big scales, at the same time realizing complexity of work of the government.

Lew noted that Kundra "brought with himself the vision of the good ideas and tough management style concentrated on achievement of goals - necessary qualities for the solution of the difficult questions facing IT of federal level - aging of infrastructure along with growth of operating costs, a set of unrealized large projects, growth of their vulnerability for external threats. Two and a half years after revenues to work in administration, Vivek worked in this direction".

Kundra is going to Harvard in the middle of August. It will work as the research associate at School Kennedy and the Center of studying of the Internet and Berkman's society. "We plan smooth movement", Lew told.
