In Enilaksheri company tax accounting is automated

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated operational and regulated accounting in Enilaksheri company. The project is implemented on the platform of products 1C.

Background

A system which will allow to control quickly existence of goods in a warehouse was required and to exclude overstocking, to monitor merchandising. Besides, it was necessary to keep the regulated reporting taking into account last modifications in the legislation.

For implementation of a part of the project the product "1C: Accounting 8" was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) took part in project implementation.

Results

Tasks are automated:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• Operational accounting;
• Cost accounting of goods;
• Settlement with partners.

As a result:

• it was succeeded to avoid overstocking of a warehouse that allowed to increase turnover of money.
• receivables thanks to operating control of settlement with clients were reduced by 20%.
• time expenditure of employees was considerably reduced by conducting regulated accounting.

In a project deliverable the enterprise managed to reduce receivables by 20%, to avoid overstocking of a warehouse.
