Content

The configuration Enterprise accounting of a system of programs 1C:Enterprise 8, allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components. By means of the implemented solution the following sections of accounting can be automated:

  • settlings with advance holders;
  • settlings with the organizations;
  • personnel records;
  • settlings with personnel on compensation;
  • calculations for income tax;
  • lot-based accounting;
  • trade operations;
  • currency transactions;
  • material accounting, goods, products;
  • cost accounting and cost accounting;
  • operations on cash desk and bank;
  • settlings with suppliers and buyers;
  • fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
  • calculations for the VAT;
  • the regulated reporting;
  • tax accounting;
  • integration with other subsystems.

1C: Accounting PROF 8 configuration implemented at the enterprise significantly differs from the previous versions 7.7 and 8.0 in existence of additional opportunities of accounting. The version allows:

  • keep account on several organizations in uniform information base;
  • make changes in (to configure) the application solution;
  • conduct a multi-user operation mode (including support of client-server option of work);
  • work in geographically distributed information bases;
  • support COM connections and Automation-servers.

1C: Enterprise Accounting PROF in edition 3.0

The product in edition 3.0 supports regime of the thin client and web client that allows to organize remote work with a system. The opportunity for work "from a cloud" with new edition "1C: Enterprise Accounting PROF" will help to spend economically base of resources of the client due to transfer of the main load of the server 1C-Rarus. Development will pleasantly surprise those users who pay attention to appearance of the program, new opportunities for management of the interface.

What's new?

The list of opportunities for accounting of the salary and the personnel is increased:

  • In a card of the employee it is possible to enter and edit all data of the employee, including a salary and a position and also to print personnel orders from a card;
  • Payroll, the PIT and insurance premiums is reflected one general document;
  • Accounting of deduction is automated;
  • The payroll accounting on jobs allowing to create pay-sheets on divisions is kept.

The convenience of work is increased:

  • The convenient start of work with the program provides Desktop – here it is possible to locate the magazines and reference books used in daily work;
  • At the runtime long transactions in the background (closing of month, report generation) the user can continue to work with the program;
  • At validation of filling of the document the program selects that detail in which the introduced error, and reports what this error consists in;
  • Navigation of the user in the program thanks to new opportunities for switching between sections and to evident navigation bars is simplified;
  • Any object of information base (the document, the reference book, the magazine, etc.) can be found according to the internal link appropriated to it.

"Cloud" accounting

It is possible to work with edition 3.0 "1C: Enterprise Accounting PROF" as by acquisition of the required software, and "from a cloud". In the latter case the user gets access to the program through the web browser – he does not purchase a product, and rents it in 1C-Rarus. The lessor guarantees safe storage of credentials with full save of confidentiality. Advantage of "cloud" service is economy of the client on resources (on support of servers or tracking of the versions of "1C: Accounting" caused by change of the legislation).

"Remote" work

That who only looks narrowly at transition to "cloud" technologies, recommends option of work with the program through thin or the web client. It is possible to work with a system as from office where it is set, and via the Internet – users can come into the database and obtain the interesting information.

How to upgrade to the new version?

Transition to new edition will become free for the registered users of "Enterprise accounting PROF" having the operating subscription to ITS. The users who planned updating should consider that new edition is compatible to the version of platform 8.2.15.

We pay attention: in edition 3.0 not all documents, reference books, registers and other objects which are available in edition 2.0 are implemented. Therefore after updating in information base there will be only those credentials which correspond to edition 3.0 data structure.

At the same time, in the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" which are in sale which part "The enterprise accounting PROF" is it is not going to make replacement of edition 2.0 by 3.0 yet.
