Content

The 1C-Rarus company automated SPARZ Trading House. An information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Tasks

"At some point we came up against a situation when the need for implementation of the unified information system became obvious. Without it to plan the current activity, began to control processes and to make plans for development of the company just impossible. We could not create quickly to the sales analyst, existence of spare parts, loading of car service. Besides, all these factors negatively affected customer service quality and work with suppliers. It was necessary to change a situation urgently. The choice of the contractor for execution of works on implementation happened rather simply: we requested in several companies of the offer on automation of our business processes. As a result of contrastive analysis of these offers, we selected the complete solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform "the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts" and "1C: Integrated Automation 8" integrated about "Business plus Budget management" which specialists offered 1C-Rarus as it allowed to solve all our problems", – the commercial director of TD SPARZ LLC Pavel Kirillovich Stepanov told.

Result

A system integrated 80 jobs in divisions and allowed to strengthen control over purchasing, repair, sales and financial and economic activity that led to increase in a customer loyalty and increase in profitability of sales.

Later half a year the project of complex automation was successfully complete, a system is completely put into commercial operation on sections: 1) purchase of goods and spare parts; 2) wholesale and retail sale of cars; 3) car service (including warranty repair); 4) accounting of settlement with clients; 5) accounting and tax accounting; 6) personnel records; 7) payroll calculation.

Regular data exchange between directories of producers and "the Alpha Car is configured : A motor show + Car service + Auto parts" which allows to unload at any time last modifications in directories and to support a system in current status.

In the unified information system about 80 employees of the company work, including:

  • company management;
  • finance division;
  • accounting;
  • human resource department;
  • purchasing department;
  • sales department;
  • masters on sections;
  • managers;
  • employees of a warehouse;
  • technicians on accounting of cars.

Project Results

  • About existence on spare parts depot their uninterrupted revenues to a warehouse allow managers to provide operational information and to optimum load a repair zone, avoiding idle times.
  • Existence of detailed story about each specific car and its repair, including warranty, promotes significant acceleration of an acceptance procedure of the machine on service station that positively affects a customer loyalty.
  • Information on the course of repair work is available in real time now. It allows to see loading of car service and, in case of need, to direct the client to other station that reduces costs of the company and raises a customer loyalty.
  • Finance division lowered labor costs on data of all information flows in a whole, and his employees focused on assessment of profitability of sales and on drawing up business plans on its increase.
  • Accounting and tax accounting of a number of legal entities in which the different systems of taxation are applied is conducted in a uniform information field now, and accounting sees the complete information about receivables and payables without any delay.
  • The management strengthened control of work of all structural divisions, objectively estimates the amount of works executed by each employee and quickly obtains information necessary for acceptance of management decisions.

Pavel Kirillovich Stepanov, the commercial director of TD SPARZ LLC, so commented on results of implementation: "In a work progress over the project specialists of the St. Petersburg branch of 1C-Rarus company showed profound knowledge of the processes which are taking place in the auto-industry. They competently and in time performed the planned works, without causing interruptions in a company performance so transition to the 1C:Enterprise 8 system took place successfully. The created information system gives us the chance to see the current situation and to analyze it. It helps to reveal weak points in the company and to constantly increase efficiency of business processes.
