"Petter Service" updated the version of ERP

The West Concept company in the fall of 2012 completed the large-scale project on transfer of Peter-Service Ltd with Navision 3.6 on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.

"In 2011 the company management of "Petter Service" made the decision on transition from the Microsoft Dynamics Navision 3.6 system to the version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 in connection with change of strategic objectives and parts of business processes of the company and also in general because of low relevance of this version today, – the chief of group of automation of information and technical department of Peter-Service Ltd noted. - As a result of the held tender the contractor on this project selected West Concept company. Experience of West Concept in business process automation at the enterprises of the different industries became the defining factor when choosing the contractor. Besides, this company has efficient staff of specialists in the development areas and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV".

Specialists of West Concept carried out works on transfer to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 such system modules as Sales and clients, Purchases and suppliers, Goods and a warehouse, Fixed assets, Bank/cash desk, Payroll, Accounting and tax statements, the Management reporting (finance).

During the project the new tasks, in connection with become effective to changes of the legislation that caused development of the new functionality allowing to satisfy need of the client regarding correct formation of the procedural reporting were in addition defined and set.

"The project in "Petter Service" is the complex project including full automation of all circuit of the company: financial, accounting, managerial, personnel. The solution is universal and can be broadcast on the company of other industries. The company management of "Petter Service" has interest in further development of a system, in particular to the module "Budgeting", "Treasury and Application Campaign", – Alexander Kozlov, the director of the department of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, West Concept commented.

Terms of engineering design and testing of functionality and also commissioning of a system and its transfer to service maintenance were observed. The total quantity of users in a system at the moment makes about 30 people.
