In Cuba salary accrual and personnel management is automated

Specialists 1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of Kub LLC using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product.

Results

Within the project five jobs are automated. The complex of the tasks of Kub company connected with payroll of personnel and the HR policy is solved.

Employees prepare the different reporting under the available data for any settlement period, use an opportunity to create calculation results both in a schedule type and charts, and in the form of analytical reports.

The carried-out automation Cube allowed:

• Calculate the salary and manage financial motivation of personnel;
• Keep account of results of productive activity;
• Calculate the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• Reflect the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
• Keep registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure;
• Messages labor relations, personnel office-work;
• Plan the needs for personnel.
