The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Orenburg region implements an electronic document management system

In office of Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Orenburg region Directum Lite implementation — the facilitated option of delivery of the Directum system began.

Goal

For the purpose of simplification of acceptance and the processing entering and control of execution of outgoing correspondence by the management of the Orenburg division of Department of Rospotrebnadzor the decision on automation of work of office was made. As a basis the facilitated option of delivery of the Directum Lite system was selected.

At choice of the customer for benefit of the solution of Directum company, first of all, the possibility of selective reorganization of business processes implemented in the offer without essential finance costs influenced the software, its implementation and service. As a result of the expertize which is carried out by Rospotrebnadzor, the Directum system was approved for implementation in Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Orenburg region. All project works are performed by Direktsoft company.

Expectations

Transition to Directum Lite, according to the guide of the customer, will allow to achieve optimization of the following processes: registration, storage and document retrieval; traffic control of documents; control of performing discipline; accomplishment and control of instructions; distribution of load of personnel.

In April the Directum company executed delivery of a system. The packet of 20 basic client licenses and the module Office were included in the delivery. At the moment specialists of "Direktsoft" started installation of a system.
