2011: Inclusion of additional modules in the supply of Directum Lite

Starting May 9, 2011, customers who choose to supply the Directum Lite electronic document management system will receive new opportunities - expanding Directum functionality with less investment. According to the developers, this will open up new horizons for the development of the ECM strategy of customers of medium and small businesses, as well as the "point" automation of independent divisions within large corporations.

In addition to the actively used Office module, Directum Lite now includes additional function modules: Meeting and Meeting Management, Contract Management, IS-Builder Client License, and Connector to 1C:Enterprise 8. In addition to expanding functionality, the Directum Lite version also simplified the licensing scheme: instead of the "by connection" scheme, a more popular licensing scheme "by user" will be used for small groups of users. This innovation halved the cost of one Directum Lite client license.

Moreover, especially for enterprises already using "1C: Enterprise 8.x" and planning to expand automation with unstructured content management tasks, from May 9, 2011 to September 30, 2011 the company Directum holds a special promotion, which opens up the opportunity to purchase one of two sets at special prices - "Successful" or "Victorious." The "Successful" kit is focused on the work of 10 users and is designed to solve the problem of automating contractual activities, workflow and creating a database of electronic documents of a small organization or department. The "Victory" kit is focused on the work of 50 users and, in addition to the previous kit, is also intended to help in organizing and holding meetings, which means it will be in demand in middle-class organizations.
