The transition from paper to electronic using a digital platform Directum RX allowed the holding to Alliansautogroup increase the efficiency of processes, reduce the time for coordinating documents to 2 days and strengthen control over the execution of tasks. Directum solutions helped to increase process efficiency, employee interaction, and strengthen task control. As of January 2026, more than 300 employees of the company work with the Directum RX platform, more than 140 thousand documents have been created, and approval processes take 2 days instead of 10.

Several solutions were introduced at once: "Workflow," "Contracts," "Financial Archive," "Knowledge Base mobile applications Solo ," and. Jazz Also, the project team set up integration with 1C to automate financial transactions, and with Diadoc to exchange legally significant documents with other organizations. AllianceAvtoGroup had several requirements for the system: simple configuration, adaptability without complex programming, high speed of implementation and a mobile application to provide employees with access to documents and tasks at any time. Directum products met all the requirements, so the holding management chose them.

Employees of the large transport holding AllianceAvtoGroup work daily with a large number of incoming, outgoing and internal documents. Previously, their approval took place in paper format, but to speed up processes and reduce the burden on employees in the company, the processes were transferred to digital form.

In the future, AllianceAvtoGroup plans to develop and scale the system and increase the number of its users.
