Directum HR Pro 2.1 with Personalized Personal Cabinet Design

On March 22, 2024, Directum HR Pro 2.1 was introduced.

In version 1.9, it became possible to employ foreigners

In version 1.9 of the system for managing personnel processes and documents, it became possible to hire citizens of other states residing in Russia. Directum (Directive) announced this on September 7, 2023.

The system itself will ask the candidate for the documents necessary for employment. To do this, you need to fill out several fields in the card of a potential employee: indicate citizenship and choose an option with a residence permit or temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation.

Lists of documents and their details have already been set up in accordance with the requirements of labor and migration laws. They are easy to correct if necessary.

The list of documents can be changed depending on the position of the new employee and his/her department. For example, request a license from a potential driver, and from a doctor - additional certificates confirming his qualifications. All this is configured in Directum HR Pro without the help of programmers.
