Directum Ario is a solution for intelligent processing of enterprise content.

Directum Ario includes a set of intelligent tools using machine learning algorithms, which is designed to perform routine operations: distributing a flow of documents, filling in details, registering and sending to performers.

The product development strategy includes services that solve the problems of "smart" processing of documents at all stages of their life cycle.

Work with documents arriving at the company begins with initial processing and registration. Directum Ario eliminates manual operations at this stage and automatically distributes the incoming stream to document types, logs, and owners based on the trained model.

The classification service is trained on documents that already exist in the organization, and, thus, takes into account the peculiarities of workflow. According to the developers, the correctly trained model itself determines the types of documents, the corresponding logs and details with an accuracy of 95-98%. The responsible employee only checks whether the service has correctly recognized these parameters.

Directum Ario, using intelligent mechanisms, converts classified documents into an already filled Directum system card. You can set up rules for finding and selecting details from text for each document type, both structured (for example, invoices, acts, invoices) and unstructured (contracts, letters).

The generated card is sent for control to the responsible specialist. Recognized details are highlighted in the body of the document and filled in fields, making verification easier.

How the service works:

  • Directum Ario's intelligent mechanisms recognize text, classify documents by type, and extract facts from content.
  • Based on the processed information, a task is generated and sent for verification to verifiers.

2018: Directum Ario announcement

Directum on April 4, 2018 offered customers a set of Directum Ario tools using machine learning for routine operations in ECM. The first version of the solution will eliminate the need for clerks to manually distribute the incoming flow and fill in the details when registering documents.

Directum Ario intelligent services are able to automatically distribute incoming correspondence, extract details and enter them into the ECM system with minimal user participation. In the future, the development of machine learning mechanisms in Directum will allow the system to fully transfer annotation of documents, preparation of auto-responses and resolutions, as well as implement a "smart" search, the company said.

The first version of Directum Ario was released following pilot projects. Before the official release, four Directum clients tested services for classifying and extracting significant data for intelligent processing of incoming documents: organizational, administrative, contractual and financial.
