The company "Scanner" was created in 1992 on the basis of a team of specialists in computers, telecommunications and networks of the Kazan plant of electronic computers. The main area of ​ ​ activity is the creation of integrated technical solutions in the field of information technology. The company is located in Kazan, has its own building and has a staff of 50 qualified engineers and programmers.

Contracts in Moscow

One of the major customers of Scanner was Rostelecom, on a contract with which in 2016-2018. Scanner provided services for integrating a single mobile platform of the city of Moscow with a SMS interface for transmitting SMS messages to users of mobile platform services.

On the basis of the platform there are applications "State Services of Moscow," "Our City," "Active Citizen." The platform not only plays an integration role, but also allows a number of infrastructure mechanisms to function. One of them is a single user authorization of Moscow mobile services, according to the website of the Moscow government.

"Scanner" was selected by Rostelecom as the only performer. In total, 7 contracts were concluded between the companies, in the name of 5 of which there is a single mobile platform in Moscow. The amount of these contracts is about 476 million rubles. All of them are partially executed (this may mean that the contract is terminated either by agreement of the parties, or by decision of one party (as a rule, the customer), but part of the goods/works/services delivered is credited and paid by the customer).
