The BrightConsult Incadea Group company completed the first stage of implementation of the IT system incadea.engine IMS in SUZUKI MOTOR RUS LLC.
Objectives
During the project the main business processes connected with import and car sale and also spare parts will be automated that will allow to increase quality of a company performance and efficiency of interaction with the dealer network numbering 74 centers for the whole country.
The project is going to be implemented in several stages. Now the first is complete – diagnostics stage which includes the preliminary analysis of business processes and requirements of the company. Specialists of BrightConsult carry out complex diagnostics of all processes connected with purchase and delivery of cars and spare parts. Now the project team started accomplishment of an analysis stage according to the results of which the register of business processes and functional requirements to a system will be approved.
Expectations
Process automation of purchase and distribution will allow to provide a number of advantages to all participants of process. In particular, saving of time for operational work of employees of "SUZUKI RUS MOTOR" with dealers will be reached, access to up-to-date information about sales to end consumers is provided.
In turn dealers will be able to estimate the speed and transparency of an execution of supply requisitions of cars and spare parts and also an opportunity to trace a current status of delivery. In the long term it will allow to strengthen partnership with dealers, to raise a customer loyalty to a brand and to lower operating costs of the company of the importer.
