Content

Consultants of IBS company unrolled the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in one of the largest Russian system integrators - IBS Platformix companies.

Solution

The management of IBS Platformix came to a conclusion about need of replacement of the existing system of work with clients of own development by the powerful industrial solution. Microsoft Dynamics CRM was selected from an analysis result. As the partner in implementation the IBS company is attracted.

Sphere

A new system covered such areas as:

  • work with clients and contacts;
  • planning and control of sales;
  • work with an electronic product catalog;
  • work with accounts and offers;
  • analytics and reporting.

Implementation

For work with difficult technical specifications, support of processes of approval of commercial offers, approval and maintaining agreements in a system the special mechanism of electronic interaction was developed. It includes a set of objects of a system and the communications between them allowing to create products configurations taking into account the multiple criteria set by users. Besides, in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system the document flow mechanism with support of versions of the project documentation is implemented (technical specifications). The reference book based on the integrated base of the addresses was developed for acceleration of process of input of contact information.

The solution assumes simultaneous operation more than 200 users. In the long term to a system in addition to the central office it is going to connect regional representative offices of IBS Platformix.

Results

Staff of the company had an opportunity to work comprehensively with customer information, to react quickly to their requests, to use the general electronic product catalog, to monitor interactions between divisions, to conduct support of transactions in a common information space.
