2023: IBS sells to top managers of Platformix integrator and IT equipment developer Sila
As TAdviser found out, at the end of March, IBS sold IBS Platformix and IT equipment manufacturer Sila, which were part of the group. The new owners of these assets were the general director of Platformix Georgy Polikhronidi and the executive director Andrei Sergeyev.
According to the database of legal entities Kontur.Fokus, "Polikhronidi and Sergeyev own Platformix in equal shares through Basic Solutions LLC. And Platformix is the founder of the Force with a 99% stake. The share of 1% in the "Power" belongs to George Polychronidi.
IBS Platformix and Sila have left the IBS group of companies and will operate in the market as independent companies that are not affiliated with IBS. Platformix and Sila are now part of the Basic Solutions group of companies under the management of the current CEO of IBS Platformix George Polychronidi. Georgy Polikhronidi, who became the CEO of the Basic Solutions group of companies, says that IBS will undoubtedly be a key partner for them, since they are associated with the group "for many years of collaboration and deep mutual respect."
The decision to sell Platformix and Sila to IBS was explained by TAdviser by the fact that as part of the development strategy of the group of companies, it was decided to focus on such business areas as management consulting, the implementation of information systems, software development and testing, outsourcing IT services and the development of its own products and technologies.
Recently, IBS has expanded its product portfolio by joining the group of a player ON [[IBS AppLine (Formerly Aplana Software, Aplana)|]] IBS Dunice in the Russian testing market (formerly Aplana Software), a Russian software developer (formerly Dunice), a custom development company (IBS InfiniSoft formerly Luxoft Professional). The Group will continue to develop its own product line for the digitalization of core production processes in the oil and gas, chemical and metallurgical industries.
