Need of creation of the ACS ripened for a long time. Paper the admission not only became outdated morally, but caused certain inconveniences: for example, in "rush hours" quite often because of low capacity there were queues.

Approached the choice of the suitable solution "BELZAN" responsibly. As the checkpoint of the plant is "business card" of the enterprise, much attention was paid to equipment of the central checkpoint. When choosing tourniquets estimated not only their quality and reliability, but also appearance, and convenience of using.

Solution

The IT company completed the project of creation of a control and management system for access (ACS) to JSC Belebey Plant Avtonormal.

In total on the central checkpoint and on a building checkpoint of plant management the staff of IT mounted 6 tourniquets of the Belgian firm Automatic Systems.

For prevention of plunders a framework of metal detectors is set. Instead of paper admissions entered contactless plastic cards, with their use the time recording of employees and time keeping is organized. The created ACS was integrated with a payroll system. Also the IT organized video surveillance on the central checkpoint.

Based on the ACS using proximity cards the system of accounting of the employees of the enterprise having privileges on a free power supply was implemented. In total today in a control and management system for access more than 5000 employees of engineering enterprise are registered.

Result

The deployed solution allowed to increase security and level of labor discipline more than 5000 employees of the plant. Project cost was more than 10 million rubles.
