Transcreditbank started a monitoring system and managements of corporate network

The I-Teco company created a monitoring system and managements of network infrastructure of Transcreditbank.

Asset in a basis

Network infrastructure of bank represents strategically important asset providing a multi-channel format of communication with clients, remote service and sale of banking services and products.

Solution

Within the project consultants of I-Teco executed a full range of works on creation of a monitoring system and resource management of network of the customer – from inspection of a current status of infrastructure, a system design before its start in commercial operation. Modern software solutions of NR in the field of monitoring and management of network infrastructure are the center of a new system. Let's note that implementation of this project was one of the first implementations in Russia of a network infrastructure management system based on a product of HP Network Automation. In a work progress the NR additional tools for tracking of performance of resources of network, volumes and the direction of traffic were also implemented.

Integration of instruments of monitoring, unique for the market, and network management which offered and was executed by I-Teco brought providing IT services to qualitatively new level. Now we can reveal problem situations in advance, minimizing their negative impact on business services, saving high quality of customer service and also to manage more effectively the network of bank covering practically all regions of Russia", – Alexey Shiryaev, the head of department of infrastructure of department of information technologies of Transcreditbank says.

Result

Since June, 2011 a system performs operational monitoring of work of key nodes of infrastructure of bank – more than 200 of 400 network devices. At design of the solution consultants of I-Teco considered a possibility of further development of infrastructure of the customer. Potential of a system allows to provide monitoring of work of network equipment and management to them even at triple increase in number of devices - up to 600.

Now a system exercises monitoring and control of network equipment head and additional offices of Transcreditbank in Moscow and also the main network devices 42 of bank branches in regions of Russia.

The project and system implementation proceeded within five months.
